• Our Applications may request access to your photo library and camera solely for the purpose of allowing you to select or capture images for AI processing and to save generated content.

2. How Your Data Is Used

• AI Content Generation: Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI service providers (listed in Section 3 below) to generate the content you request (images, videos, etc.).
• No Other Use: Your data is used exclusively for providing the AI content generation features you initiate. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other purpose.
• No Training: CoreMoose does not use your data to train AI models. Third-party providers' use of data is governed by their own privacy policies (see Section 3).

3. Data Shared with Third-Party AI Services

3.1 What Data Is Sent

When you use an AI generation feature, the following data is transmitted to third-party AI service providers:

• Text prompts you enter to describe the content you want to generate.
• Images you upload, which may include photographs containing facial features, biometric identifiers, or other personal visual information.

No other personal data (such as your name, email, device ID, or location) is sent to these providers.

3.2 Who Your Data Is Sent To

Your data is sent to third-party AI API platforms that host and run AI models on our behalf. These platforms act as intermediaries that process your data to generate the content you request. The specific platforms and AI models used are:

3.3 User Permission Before Data Sharing

Before any data is sent to a third-party AI service, our Applications will present a clear consent prompt asking for your explicit permission. You will be informed of:

• The purpose of the data sharing (AI content generation)

You may decline this consent, in which case your data will not be sent and the AI generation feature will not proceed. You can revoke consent at any time by ceasing to use the feature.

We require that each third-party AI service provider we work with maintains privacy and security protections for user data. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. These third-party services are contractually or by their published policies obligated to:

4. Data Storage and Security

• Temporary Processing: Your text prompts and images are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing and are not permanently stored on CoreMoose servers.
• Generated Content: Generated content (images, videos) may be stored in cloud services accessible only by you until you choose to delete them.
• User-Controlled Deletion: You can delete your uploaded images and generated content at any time through the application interface. Once deleted, the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers, and between our servers and third-party AI providers, is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data during the processing period.

5. Children's Privacy

• Our Applications are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
• If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact Us section.
• Users must not upload images containing faces of individuals under 18 without appropriate parental consent and authorization.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Consent Control: You have the right to grant or deny permission before any data is shared with third-party AI services. No data is shared without your explicit consent.
• Deletion Rights: You can delete uploaded images and generated content at any time through the application interface.

• App Removal: You can delete the Applications at any time, which removes all locally stored data.
